This blog originally started out as a way of recording my learning journey as a lead teacher, but I’m changing course and recording some of my learning journey into photography. 

I live in Alberta, Canada and have been with the public school board for 20 years as a teacher, lead teacher, and assistant department head of student services.  I am currently an English as a Second Language consultant. 

Photography has piqued my interest in the last few years.  I want to learn more about it and see if I can take pictures that have some artistic merit.
